Waterproof semi acrylic pain for external walls. Oil bound distemper on internal walls. Oil paint on grills and railings.

Three track powder-coated window with mosquito net and ms grill. Window with single granite still.
TOILETS
Designer glazed dado up to lintel leavel. Concealed plumbing with premium quality C.P. fittings.
FLOORING
2' * 2' vitrified flooring for all rooms. Anti-skid designer tiles in toilet and on the terrace.
UTILITY
Utility space for washing machine /for drying cloths

Fire fighting system. Generator / battery backup for lift, few other common amenities, staircase and passages.
